Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to TapeScript, operated by [Legal Entity Name].

All sales are final

TapeScript is a digital software subscription that grants immediate access to the platform and its research tools. Because of the nature of instant-access digital products, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or plan downgrades.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; it is not prorated or refunded.

Free trials or intro offers

If we offer a free trial or introductory period, you may cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. Once a paid period begins, the “all sales are final” policy applies.

Exceptions

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such laws require a refund or cooling-off right, we will honor those requirements. If you were charged in error or in a case of duplicate billing, contact us and we will make it right.
